Established in 2005 by David Finck, A1 Plant Hire's primary goal was to become a significant player in Western Australia's plant hire industry. Having achieved this, we have expanded across the nation. David remains a strong force within the company and has contributed to our equipment being continuously upgraded to an extensive fleet of new and near new plant and machinery.

Introducing
Ross O'Donovan
Ross is an accomplished professional with over a decade of experience in the construction and mining industries. He has held various positions from Business Development Manager to Operations Manager, and has worked for companies across Australia and the United States.
As Operations Manager for A1 Plant Hire, Ross has been instrumental in the company's growth and success.
Previously Ross owned MGR Tex Properties LLC in Houston, Texas, where he developed a passion for business development. Prior to that he was the Business Development Manager for Northfleet Bus & Vehicle Hire throughout Perth, Karratha, Port Hedland, and Newman in Western Australia. Here he honed his skills in project management, customer relations, and stakeholder engagement.
Throughout his career, Ross has demonstrated a commitment to excellence and a drive to achieve the highest standards of quality and efficiency. He is highly skilled in reinforced concrete construction, traffic management, and civil earthworks, and has a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. He is a natural leader who inspires trust and respect in his colleagues and is committed to developing the skills and abilities of those around him, while ensuring excellent service to his clients.
