Paul leads the day-to-day operations at A1 Plant Hire, overseeing fleet performance, service delivery and team coordination across the business. With a strong focus on safety, efficiency and quality outcomes, Paul plays a key role in ensuring every project is supported reliably. His hands-on approach and commitment to operational excellence help keep A1 running smoothly and consistently for clients and crews alike.

Lauren has been in the Plant Hire industry for almost a decade, she manages day-to-day hire bookings, fleet scheduling and service coordination, ensuring equipment is available, maintained and delivered efficiently while supporting clients and operations. Lauren has built strong, trusted relationships with clients throughout her time in the industry, known for her clear communication, reliability and ability to understand project needs. Her client-focused approach ensures smooth coordination and a positive experience from enquiry through to delivery.

Ross is an accomplished professional with over a decade of experience in the construction and mining industries. He has held various positions from Business Development Manager to Operations Manager, and has worked for companies across Australia and the United States. Ross' role at A1 has been instrumental to it's success today.
